Now, really, it begins.

It seems as though I am finally getting to the point where I actually have to write something here. The idea of having a blog is one thing, but having to actually write something into it is another. I feel as though I should offer some sort of introduction: Hello, my name is Lauren. I make things, and the making of these things is the primary purpose for this blog.
There are so many people writing beautiful craft-blogs out there, and I have come to a point where I am so inspired by them that I just MUST emulate them. Here's hoping that I can manage.
